LUCEXO INC is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. We are an independent mobile studio that designs, builds, and publishes applications and games for iOS and Android.

4. App stores and third-party services
Our applications may be distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those platforms, and any apps you download through them, is also subject to the platform’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
5. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUCEXO INC and its directors, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LUCEXO INC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
